And funny enough I&#039;m in the same boat, procrastination is still a huge issue and I&#039;m constantly beating myself over how much more I could be achieving. What I learnt from Muay Thai is that simple goals, performed consistently are really the ticket. &quot;Show up to training every day&quot;.... even an unmotivated/slightly ill/hungover/whatever version of me can do that ;)]]></description>
